Rise & Thrive Global upholds a Code of Conduct that requires all students to communicate with respect, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions—whether with fellow students, team members, coaches, facilitators, or external guests.
Our coaching academy is a learning environment grounded in compassion, integrity, and mutual respect. As a student, you are expected to embody the same high standards that define our community and future coaching leaders.
To support a positive and inclusive experience for all, students must:
- Communicate in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
- Embrace diversity and treat all individuals with dignity, irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity, cultural background, sexual orientation, physical ability, or beliefs.
- Participate fully and constructively in all aspects of the program, including live sessions, triads, mentoring groups, and assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion when engaging in peer practice or discussions involving sensitive topics.
- Offer and receive feedback in the spirit of growth and non-judgment.
- Use Rise & Thrive Global platforms (including the LMS and Zoom calls) in a way that supports a safe and supportive learning space for all.
- Refrain from any behaviour that may disrupt learning or impact the well-being of other participants or team members.
- Raise concerns or grievances through the appropriate channels, in line with our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including formal warnings, suspension, or cancellation of enrolment, as outlined in our Standards of Behaviour and Course Disciplinary Procedures. In serious cases, breaches may also result in ineligibility to represent or work with Rise & Thrive Global in any future capacity.
