The cohort officially begins on Monday, August 25th 2025, with the Orientation session on Saturday, August 30th (Friday, August 29th for USA and Canada Coaches). The last day for registration is Friday, March 7th 2025. This allows us time to process all participant information and prepare for the program launch.
The Orientation session will be conducted on Saturday, August 30th (Friday, August 29th for USA and Canada Coaches). We'll send out a calendar invite for the specific time of the Orientation session. This is a crucial session where all participants will receive important information about the program.
In the period between the registration closing and the Orientation session, we will send out welcome emails and manage all logistical details to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new cohort participants.
Important Note: If you can't attend the live Orientation session, don't worry! We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. To ensure that all participants can access the important information covered during Orientation, we will record the sessions and make them available through our Learning Management System (LMS). You can access the recorded Orientation session at your convenience and stay up-to-date with all the necessary details.
To be eligible for certification and future ICF accreditation, you must participate in the following interactive sessions:

- 10 x Mentoring Coaching Hours
- 3 x Positive Psychology Coaching Masterclasses
- 10 x Coaching Competency Calls
We understand the importance of flexibility! That's why we offer live sessions multiple times a year across various time zones (including USA and Canada) to accommodate your busy schedule. Here's the breakdown:
- Mentoring Coaching Sessions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (AEST) or Mondays to Fridays, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (EST)
- Important Note: Mentoring Coaching Sessions are specifically designed for your learning and ICF certification. They are the only recorded sessions (for your benefit!) to revisit later and see your progress against the ICF core competencies.
- Coaching Competency Calls: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (AEST) or Fridays, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (EST).
- Masterclasses: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (AEST) or Fridays, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (EST)

The program is a dynamic blend of learning delivered in seven modules, each released every six weeks over 12 months. It includes engaging resources like videos, audio lectures, downloadable tools, practical exercises, and opportunities to apply your learning immediately.
Your workbooks will be assessed by our ICF Accredited assessing team upon submission. You'll receive valuable feedback after each practical coaching/mentoring session. Finally, you'll submit two recorded coaching sessions for evaluation as part of the certification process.
